Hrant Dink Vakfı, komşu ülkeden profesyonellerin sınır ötesi işbirliği ağları kurmalarını teşvik etmek amacıyla Türkiye-Ermenistan Burs Programı’nın yeni dönemini, Birleşik Krallık Çatışma, İstikrar, Güvenlik Fonu desteği ve Gümrü Gençlik Girişim Merkezi işbirliği ile başlatıyor.
Vakıf, 2017-2018 döneminde, Ermenistan ve Türkiye'den toplam 10 profesyonele, dört ilâ sekiz ay boyunca komşu ülkede yaşama ve belirli bir Ev Sahibi Kuruluş bünyesinde özel bir işbirliği programına katılma imkânı sağlamaya devam edecek. Burs Programı, iki komşu ülke arasında uzmanlık paylaşımı ve kalıcı işbirliğine en çok ihtiyaç duyulan akademi, araştırma merkezleri, sivil toplum, girişimcilik, basın, iletişim, kültür-sanat, mimarlık, tasarım, mutfak sanatları, çeviri-dil eğitimi, hukuk, sağlık hizmetleri ve tıp alanlarındaki faaliyetleri destekleyecek.
Türkiye’den 37, Ermenistan’dan 33 farklı ev sahibi kuruluş, komşu ülkeden gelecek profesyonelleri ağırlayacak. Ev Sahibi Kuruluşların önerdiği programlar dışında, kendi proje fikirlerini komşu ülkede hayata geçirmek isteyen adaylar da başvurularını sunabilecek.

Başvuruya devam etmeden önce Türkiye-Ermenistan Burs Programı Yönetmeliği'ni dikkatlice okumanızı tavsiye ediyoruz (İngilizce).
Türkiye ve Ermenistan vatandaşları ile Türkiye ve Ermenistan’da ikamet eden adaylar Burs Programı’na başvurabilirler. Burs Programı’na katılmak isteyen adaylar, İngilizce başvuru formunu en geç 7 Ağustos 2017 tarihine kadar doldurup, iki adet referans mektubu ve özgeçmişleri ile birlikte başvuru yapabilir.
Program için gelen başvurular Hrant Dink Vakfı tarafından ilgili Ev Sahibi Kuruluşlara iletilecek olup, bu kuruluşlar programa katılmaya hak kazanan kişileri kendi tercihleri doğrultusunda belirleyecek. Programın mevcut bütçesi 10 profesyonelin katılımına imkân veriyor. Başvuru sürecinde, 10’dan fazla adayın tercih ettikleri Ev Sahibi Kuruluşla eşleşmesi durumunda, nihai bursiyerleri belirlemek amacıyla, Türkiye ve Ermenistan’dan üç üyenin görev yapacağı bağımsız bir Seçici Kurul devreye girecek. Seçici Kurul üyeleri kendi deneyim ve görüşleri ışığında bireysel olarak görev yapacak olup, yapacakları değerlendirmeler bağlı oldukları kurum ve kuruluşların görüşlerini yansıtan bir seçim olarak değerlendirilmemelidir.
