Atelier Muse is a creative and innovative initiative, which has been established in order to put signature under the modernity with its genuine methods and projects. We have been created by shouldering a special mission as banding projects of partners together, bringing interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral new approaches and producing boutique projects in relation to the character of corporations or individuals.

  • Planning and organising logistics related to events, buildings, performers or artists and other personnel;
  • Focusing on secure funding for venues or specific events;
  • Project writing and implementation in relation with team members and 3rd parties
  • Writing or contributing to publications which accompany events and activities;
  • Arranging events, performances, artists, venues, security, catering and sale of tickets;
  • Marketing a program, performance or event through social media, direct mail, advertising, websites, posters or publicity leaflets and attracting media coverage;
  • Using skills in arts-related accountancy, press liaison and public relations;
  • Planning and managing budgets;
  • Providing administration support to managers and directors;
  • Ensuring corporate and legal requirements are complied with, and reporting to the Director.

EXPECTED PROFILE  

  • Good communication, team cooperation, interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • Knowledge of, and an interest in, the arts (mainly in contemporary art, dance, performance, new media and writing);
  • Ability to operate independently, meet deadlines and manage end-to-end project operations with accuracy;
  • Knowledge of political and economic issues affecting the arts sector;
  • Administrative skills and experience of dealing with budgets;
  • Advanced level of using MS Office tools, social media and database management;
  • Experience in resource development; fundraising, sponsorship and sales development
  • Min 3-years of experience in marketing, projects management, arts management or related  areas

CONDITIONS OF THE FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Fellow is expected to conduct his/her fellowship activity four days a week, from 10.00 to 18.00. However, the fellow may need to be involved in events, performances, exhibitions and festivals in other times as well. 

The fellowship will be implemented in Istanbul, Turkey.

PROPOSED TIME FOR THE FELLOWSHIP 

4 to 6 months between October 2017 and May 2018
