Event, organised by Spatial Justice Center, the host organisation of one of the fellows at Turkey-Armenia Fellowship Scheme, Arpenik Atabekyan, Cins Adımlar and Karakutu NGO, on May 24th, Wednesday.

Artsrun Pivazyan, who is currently a fellow for the Turkey-Armenia Fellowship Scheme at Boğaziçi University, Peace Education, Application and Research Center will be holding a workshop on conflict transformation.

Hrant Dink Foundation fellow Dr. Gayane Ayvazyan will be holding a public talk about her research focusing on the historiographical heritage of Eremia Chelebi Komurjian on May 3rd, at Havak Hall. 

After the screening of the documentary Gacı Gibi (Hatewalk), the talk moderated by Yıldız Tar from Kaos GL was held with the participation of director Serkan Çiftçi and Berfin Kılıç, who is featured in the documentary.

After the screening, the talk was moderated by Şenay Özden, and the director İbrahim Yeşilbaş, the coordinator Yılmaz Delen and the actor Jwan Abdo talked about their experiences during and after the shooting.

Under the moderation of Feyza Akınerdem, Banu Güven, Emine Uçak Erdoğan and Melis Alphan discussed the represantation of women in media and their experiences as women journalists.

After the screening of Buçuk (The Half) documentary directed by Elmas Arus and Haluk Arus, a talk with the director Elmas Arus was held, which was moderated by Roman Medya team member Pınar Sayan.

A public talk with the title 'Clash of Turkish and Armenian Narratives: The Imperative for a Comprehensive and Nuanced Public Memory' will be held by Nareg Seferian at Hrant Dink Foundation on the 21st of February. 

Istanbul Policy Center and Asulis Discourse, Dialogue, Democracy Laboratory held a panel with the participation of Timothy Garton Ash, Ayşe Kadıoğlu, Yaman Akdeniz and Zeynep Arslan.

Prof. Ronald Grigor Suny, gave a lecture series titled on 'Armenians and Armenia in the Age of Extremes' at Hrant Dink Foundation with the support of Gulbenkian Foundation and Sivil Düşün.

In the panel moderated by Ömer Madra, climate crisis, environmental injustice and the effects of environmental impairment on socioeconomically disadvantaged groups are discussed with Bengi Akbulut, Cemil Aksu and Güven Eken.

In the panel moderated by Melda Akbaş, discrimination on education and alternative methods had been discussed with the participation of Emrah Kırımsoy, Mehmet Onur Yılmaz, Ada Ümmühan Köse and Ali Koç. 

In the panel moderated by Nurcan Akad, peace journalism in Turkey and the role of media in the periods of conflict had been discussed with the participation of Sevda Alankuş, Mete Çubukçu and Murat Çelikkan.

In the panel moderated by Itır Erhart, the experiences of women and LGBTIs and gender inequality in sports had been discussed with the participation of İlknur Hacısoftaoğlu, Pınar Öztürk and Nazlı Cabadağ.

With the aim of raising awareness and carrying over the experiences of international experts, we strive to organize panels which shed light on the sites of memory and museums which contribute dealing with the past in different countries.
