Hasini Haputhanthri, from Sri Lanka facilitated the workshop on possiblities to transform discrimination into inclusion by putting culture first. The participants discussed the dynamics of culture and its effects on their professional practices.

By the support of Europian Union and collaboration with Olof Palme International Center and Istanbul Policy Center, the grantees of Hrant Dink Foundation Empowering CSO’s Grant Program have been announced.

The panel entitled “Wellbeing and civil society: Common challenges different approaches” was held with the participation of of Dr. Alice Nah, Centre for Applied Human Rights University of York and clinical psychologist Öznur Acicbe from Doctors without Borders.

Faciliated by Dr. Alice Nah from Centre for Applied Human Rights University of York, individuals from civil society sector and volunteers participated in the workshop called “Wellbeing and Activism in Risky Contexts”.

The workshop, held with the participation of our international invited speakers Agnes Kabajuni and Atanas Zahariev, brought civil society actors, academics and students working in the field of advocacy in Turkey together.

Focusing on innovative approaches and inclusive ways of solidarity, the panel moderated by Laden Yurttagüler was hosted with the participation of Agnes Kabajuni and Atanas Zahariev.
