You are invited to a unique conversation series exploring the themes of 'discovery, reunion, and journey to roots.' In these conversations to be held on June 20 and June 23, we will explore the intertwined histories of identity, belonging, and displacement.

In the talk held on June 23, 2025, at the Havak Hall of the Anarad Higutyun Building, we listened to the unique journey of Carolyn Rapkievian, who lives in the United States, as she traveled with her sister to the villages of their grandfather Hovaness (John) Okoomian.

In this talk, Avery F. Gordon will discuss the fundamental issues and problematics at the center of her books Ghostly Matters: Haunting and the Sociological Imagination and The Hawthorn Archive: Letters from the Utopian Margins, revisiting and examining them anew.

On October 5, 2025, at the Havak Hall of the Anarad Hığutyun Building, Avery Gordon discussed her work on histories that refuse to remain in the past—those that haunt the present.

The Hrant Dink Foundation has received the Mülkiye Grand Prize awarded by the Mülkiyeliler Union. On December 4, 2023, Sibel Asna, member of the board of directors of the Hrant Dink Foundation, received the award on behalf of the Foundation at the ceremony held in Ankara.

On December 16, 2024, at the Anarad Hığutyun Building, Eric Nazarian will give a presentation discussing Armenians' journey in cinema, from its inception to the digital age.
