Ahmet Oğuz, in the poem titled “EUROPE IS COLLAPSING” which he wrote for his column, insults Greeks and designates the German identity as an element of 'treat’ with his following statements: “The Greek pricks are looking for trouble again / Backing him are the German servants / Europe, your foundations are shaking”. Oğuz reinforces the negative perception against Christians with his following statements: “The real you is the Club of Christians / You’ve become something forgetting the past / Your cunning game will be destroyed one day / Europe, you will fall to pieces ”. He ends his poem with the following lines: “If I put you on a coffin rest / They will wrap you inside a white shroud / You will then see the real truth”; therefore, he enmitizes all identities he targets in his poem and he clearly introduces a dangerous war discourse.

Akdeniz Gerçek, 25 Eylül 2017

İbrahim Akkaya, in his article titled “Antalya’s great nuisance!”, states “Contrary to Governor Türker's wishes, the Syrians do not act properly in Antalya.. They get involved in many incidents.. They committed homicide, robbery, pick pocketing and they harassed women and young girls ..”, thereby identifying the Syrian identity several times with crime and causes prejudice against them to become widespread. Akkaya marks the Syrians as a source of ‘threat' and unrest with his statements; “Any worse event that may occur in Antalya may do serious damage to Antalya’s tourism and Antalya’s image which already hang on by a thread.. For these reasons, we are one of those who believe that the Syrians who have become a nuisance in Antalya should be urgently removed from the city. . Nobody has the right to disturb the public peace in Antalya..”. The author fuels the already existing discrimination and hate against Syrians, whom he targets in his article.
