The Hrant Dink Foundation Strengthening Civil Society 2025-2027 Grant Program aims to strengthen human rights and democracy in Türkiye, protect rights and freedoms, and promote coexistence of different ethnic and social groups through mutual understanding, dialogue, and trust building.
A total of 203 organisations from 46 cities engaged in activities in the fields of human rights, children, youth, minority and disabled rights, ecology and urban studies, migration and refugee studies, culture, arts and media, civil society strengthening, gender, sexual orientation and gender identity-based studies, and health rights applied for the grant program.
A careful evaluation by an independent selection committee yielded a selection of 17 projects that will be awarded grants totalling €1,385,000 to implement activities in Adana, Adıyaman, Ağrı, Ankara, Balıkesir, Bursa, Çanakkale, Diyarbakır, Hatay, İstanbul, İzmir, Konya, Mardin, Mersin, Şanlıurfa and Van.
