It aims to showcase the best practices in the field of heritage around the world and organizes an annual international conference that brings together inspiring projects in the fields of museums, heritage and conservation. A jury that evaluates the institutions taking part in the conference organized by TBiH every year gives awards to museums and initiatives working in the field of heritage in 2 different categories.
This year 2 projects were awarded by The Best in Heritage. The jury members deemed 23.5 Hrant Dink Site of Memory worthy of the 'Projects of Influence' Award. The jury emphasized that 23,5 not only tells the story of Hrant Dink but also acts as a lens to advance his struggle and demonstrates that museums have a voice. The jury also stated that 23.5 represents an act of courage that we need and has an important place in promoting universal values.
