In the panel which will be held on July 1st at 18.30, Mike Jempson, Nadia Bellardi, Ekin Karaca and Metin Çorabatır will convey the dimensions of discrimination and hate speech towards refugees in the media and experiences of struggle.

Within the scope of the Hrant Dink Foundation History Program, the public talk titled  “Imagining Justice through Oral History” was held on Wednesday, June 12, with the participation of Columbia Global Centers | Istanbul.

With the partnership of Hrant Dink Foundation and Columbia Global Centers | Istanbul a workshop titled “Navigating Ethics, Trauma, and Risk in Oral History” was held on Thursday, June 13.

The panel focusing on innovative approaches to advocacy and solidarity, moderated by Laden Yurttagüler, will be hosting Agnes Kabajuni and Atanas Zahariev on Thursday, June 27 at 19.00.

This workshop, which will be held with the participation of our international invited speakers Agnes Kabajuni and Atanas Zahariev, will bring civil society actors, academics, and researchers working in the field of advocacy in Turkey together.

This workshop expects the participants to bring three objects or images that represent the past, the present and the future that they imagine. This workshop is a collective creative exercise that aims to shed light on different layers of meaning.

In this workshop, participants explore memory sites and museums that deal with difficult pasts in different geographies. The workshop will also feature inspiring memorialization projects that are being conducted by a range of organizations.

Armenian Readings Workshop starts for those who want to further their knowledge in Western Armenian. The workshop will consist of 10 sessions in total between 16-29 July, every weekday between 10:00 and 13:00.
