In addition to the Western Armenian Language Courses, Hrant Dink Foundation is starting the Western Armenian Speaking Workshops in collaboration with the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. This workshop is developed for those interested in improving their Western Armenian speaking skills. The workshop will consist of 10 sessions and will run once a week between 15 March -21 May. Each session will last one and a half hours.
The workshops will be conducted online, via Zoom.
This workshop is aimed at enhancing vocabulary and improving speaking and listening skills in Western Armenian. Each week the participants will talk about different themes. Participants are required to know a basic level Western Armenian as Armenian will be the only spoken language throughout the workshop.
Levels;
I speak limited Armenian: This level is suitable for participants who have learned Armenian and who can form basic sentences but are unable to speak fluently. Workshops will be held on Thursdays between 19:00 - 20:30 (GMT+3).
I speak fluent Armenian: This level is suitable for participants who know Armenian well and use it in their daily life but want to develop their speaking skills and vocabulary. Workshops will be held on Tuesdays between 19:00 - 20:30 (GMT+3)
*The level of each participant will be determined based on the answers they provide in the registration form.
The workshop will be held when there are a sufficient number of registrations. .
Each group will consist of up to 10 participants. New groups will be formed based on demand.
Note: Depending on demand, another session will run for 14-18 year olds.

You will be informed by email once the groups are formed upon receipt of which you will be expected to pay the registration fee for 10 sessions to the indicated bank account. Participants can make their payment until the starting date of the workshops.

The workshops will be led by different experts from Turkey and abroad depending on the profile of the participants.
