The concept of traditional leadership tends to be replaced by a more inclusive understanding with the effect of social transformation. By using feminist methodology, the term of leadership is also changing with re-questioning of power relations and privileges, which are the source of discrimination in society.

In this workshop Vandita Morarka will facilitate the concept of leadership with an innovative approach. Attendees will focus on the meaning of power, privilege, oppression, intersectional feminism and identity. Morarka will discuss about different models of leadership and the basic values and principles of feminist leadership. We will further be tackling with traditional leadership models and talk about feminist methodology and inclusive leadership practices in this 2-day workshop.
