Support to Armenia-Türkiye Normalization: Enhancing Cross-border Linkages Funding Opportunity applications are now open!

Applications are now open for the Funding Opportunity under the "Support to Armenia–Türkiye Normalization: Enhancing Cross-border Linkages" Programme, implemented by a consortium consisting of Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF), Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Armenia (UMBA), Hrant Dink Foundation (HDF), and the Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey (TEPAV), with the financial support of the European Union.
The Programme aims to provide financial support to action-oriented projects that will contribute to concrete and measurable progress in Armenia–Türkiye normalization. Priority areas include strengthening economic cooperation, deepening people-to-people ties, and expanding cross-border dialogue.
Civil society organizations and for-profit entities registered in Armenia or Türkiye are eligible to apply. Selected projects will receive between €10,000 and €60,000 in financial support, with a maximum project duration of 11 months. Projects are expected to start on 1 October 2026 and be completed no later than 31 August 2027.
