23.5 Hrant Dink Site of Memory is reopening its doors on the 16th of March 2021, after a year it was closed due to pandemic measures.
You may visit 23.5, every day from Tuesday to Saturday between 11.00-17.00.
The memory site is closed on Mondays and Sundays.
Wearing a mask during your visit to the memory site is mandatory.

In March of 2015, the Hrant Dink Foundation and the office of the Agos newspaper moved to the Anarad Hığutyun Building from their old office venue in the Sebat Apartment which had housed both the newspaper and the foundation.
Examining the memorialization projects and visiting the museums, sites of memory, and memorials in different countries lead to a remarkable contribution towards the design of the site of memory in a fitting way.
