Held on the occasion of Human Rights and Democracy Week, the event hosted Kırkayak Kültür and Kadın Kadına Mülteci Mutfağı which offer different alternatives for solidarity and coexistence with refugees.
The report featuring the activities to turn the former office venue of Agos Newspaper, which has a powerful presence in the collective memory since the assasination of Hrant Dink on January 19th 2007, into memory site has been published.
With the partnership of Houshamadyan and Hrant Dink Foundation a series of events were held in Hrant Dink Foundation. First event was held in 22 November 2018 as a panel. Second event was held on 23-24 November 2018 as an workshop.
The panel, “The panel, “Practices of Dealing With Difficult Pasts: Transformative Education Programmes in Museums and Memory Sites” organized by the Hrant Dink Foundation and DVV International took place on 15 November 2018.
“A walk through forgotten streets” memory tour maps which aim at revealing the Armenian cultural heritage of Kayseri-Develi, Adana and Sivas present interactive narratives about the urban memory.
Larysa Michalska who is working in Education Department of the Galicia Jewish Museum as educator will lead a workshop on December 21th between 14.00 – 17.00h at the Hrant Dink Foundation.
In the fourth workshop of the “Asulis Social Sciences Grad Students Workshops” series, two researches focusing on migration policies will be discussed. The event will be held in Turkish. The application will end on December 17.

Within December 3-9, 2018 four news articles that generate hate speech had been selected for the weekly report. These articles generating hate speech against the Syrians, Christians, Greeks and Jews are analyzed.
