As a civil society organization, one of the biggest strengths of HDF is its volunteers from different fields, ages and countries. HDF values its volunteers’ contributions to the organization immensely.
You can join our efforts as a volunteer and make a difference. Your time and skills can greatly contribute to our cause. Whether it’s helping with events, participating in our projects, or providing administrative support, your role will be crucial in helping us achieve our mission.
What we expect from volunteers at the Hrant Dink Foundation:
- Embracing the foundation's goals, vision and mission.
- Adopting an approach that rejects discrimination in practice and discourse, respects differences, advocates for coexistence, and prioritizes the development of a culture of dialogue, peace, and empathy.
What can I do to become a volunteer?
Our volunteering needs vary periodically according to our projects. We welcome contributions from volunteers of all professions and ages.
Before supporting our activities as a volunteer at our Foundation, we hold an informational presentation one day each month so that you can get to know our projects and areas of work more closely and choose the area you feel closest to.
Upcoming presentation dates:
January 8, 2026, Thursday, 7:00 PM
February 3, 2026, Tuesday, 7:00 PM
March 5, 2026, Thursday, 7:00 PM
By filling out this form, you can register for the presentation on one of the above dates and learn more about our work. After attending the presentation, we will ask you to send an email about the area you're interested in so that we can direct you to the appropriate teams.
Internship:
We accept mandatory internship applications from 3rd and 4th-year undergraduate students who are required to complete an internship by their universities. You can apply for an internship by filling out the application form, attaching a letter of intent explaining why you want to intern at our foundation, and a resume without a photo.
