Beyond Istanbul is a cross-disciplinary, independent, demand-responsive urban institute, focused on issues of spatial justice in Istanbul and beyond. Beyond Istanbul provides theoretic context and deep local knowledge on the historical layers and contemporary transformations of Istanbul. The organisation is looking for fellows in the fields of Spatial Studies, Urban Development, Participatory Planning and Design , urban development, participatory planning and design.

Beyond Istanbul will provide a space for fellowship activities to be implemented and support for a participant to connect with local communities and 'urban hot spots' for 8 months.
