Civil Youth Center was created in 2015 in the scope of “Demanding Citizenry for Responsible Governance” project run by Journalists’ “Asparez” Club in partnership with Open Society Foundation and Transparency International-Armenia. In 2018 the Center transformed into an independent non-governmental organization with a mission to promote human rights and contribute democratic developments. The organization was largely involved in civic processes to shape demanding behavior among youth and strengthen their leadership capacity to voice about community problems and needs.
