The Evrensel Newspaper is the daily newspaper of the working class and oppressed people of Turkey, which has been published for 25 years. In 2017 we started an online English version (evrensel.net/daily).
AREA / SUBJECT OF THE FELLOWSHIP
The fellow shall contribute to Evrensel's English news section by particularly focusing on the Caucasus region.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSED FELLOWSHİP ACTIVITY
The fellow is expected to prepare news articles about Armenia - Turkey relations, developments in the region and other related areas.
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Knowledge about diplomatic relations between the countries of the region and the regional developments in recent years,
- Knowledge of English,
- Knowledge of Arabic or Russian is an asset.
CONDITIONS OF THE FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Office hours are between 9:00-17:00 during weekdays. Based on necessities, additional hours may be considered for fellowship activity as well.
PROPOSED TIME FOR THE FELLOWSHIP
The fellowship activity shall take place between 1 - 31 May 2020.
