We would be happy to see you with us at the Kayseri Dumplings (Mantı) Festival which will take place on 26th of October 2019, Saturday between 11:00-18:00.

All together, we will prepare and cook the dumplings during the workshops both for kids and adults. While talking about 36 kind of Kayseri dumplings to Circassian dumplings, we will celebrate diversity. We will set the table together and eat dumplings while listening to music.

Our festival will host various activities all day long.

At 15.00, there will be a talk on dumplings by Yıldız Horata, Leyla Kılıç and Takuhi Tovmasyan with the moderation of Levon Bağış.

There will be live music starting from 17.00 by Stelyo Berber, Burhan Hasdemir, Ari Hergel, Muammer Ketencoğlu, Ayşenur Kolivar, Rupen Melkisetoğlu, Murat İçlinalça.

We will prepare and cook the dumplings during the workshops which will be open to your participation.
