United World Colleges (UWC) Turkey Committee and UWC Dilijan representatives organized an open day at the Hrant Dink Foundation on 10 December. During the event UWC's activities, inluding the activities in Armenia, were introduced. The introuduction covered UWC's schools and scholarships.

A unique kind of learning since 1962, UWC is an education movement comprising 17 international schools and colleges, national committees in more than 150 countries, and a series of short educational programmes.

UWC Turkey Committee is selecting students for the Turkey schools nationals of Turkey.

UWC Dilijan was opened in 2014 as UWC's 14th school. Education in the school is give to 198 students from more than 70 countries. The schools is giving two full scholarships to 16-18 year old students from Turkey for the year 2017-2018. One of the scholarships will be given to an Armenian student from Turkey.
