Support To Life (Hayata Destek) is a humanitarian agency founded with the principal objective of working with disaster-stricken communities to help them meet their basic needs and rights. Support To Life is looking for fellows in various areas;
- Supporting the formation of fundraising strategy and work plan and following up the plan.
- Controlling the monitoring and reporting systems on fundraising and reporting them.
- Supporting the budgeting process of projects and campaigns in line with fundraising activities.
- Creating potential fundraising projects, following up the updates on fundraising and sharing with the team to see if they are applicable.
- Searching for personal and corporate donors and sponsors in line with the fundraising strategy and following up
EXPECTED PROFILE
- University graduate
- At least 5 years of experience on fundraising with strong knowledge on crowdfunding.
- Proficient in using English in both written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge on NGOs is an asset
- Able to plan and follow up campaigns and activities.
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Problem solver and team player
CONDITIONS OF THE FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITY
The fellow is expected to conduct his/her fellowship activity during five week days and 40 hours per week. National holidays in Turkey, plus 3 days for cultural and religious days are off.
The fellowship will be implemented in Istanbul, Turkey.
PROPOSED TIME FOR THE FELLOWSHIP
6 to 8 months between October 2017 and May 2018
