With the new Direklerarası Theater tour, KarDes takes its users to a journey to the art and cultural history of Şehzadebaşı and provides  an opportunity to discover the notable theaters and theater players of the time.

KarDes: Multicultural Memory Tours Guide mobile application, launched by the Hrant Dink Foundation last year, is one year old. During this time, the app has reached out to 20,000 people based on the downloads from the App Store and Play Store.

An online workshop for the content creation for KarDes: Multicultural Memory Tour Guide mobile application was held on 5th of March, Friday within the scope of the WOW Women of the World Festival.

With the latest tour on Yeşilköy, KarDes continues to make the multicultural history of Istanbul more visible. The application sheds light on the legends of former Ayastefanos, its historical events and the stories of the prominent structures.

Co-organized by Dünya Mirası Adalar Platform and HAYCAR Association of Architects and Engineers, “Princes’ Islands’ Modern Architectural Memory” tour which consists of modern structures on Kınalıada was held on Sunday, 25th of October.

With the Kınalıada north and south tours, KarDes presents the opportunity to discover Kınalıada’s past through the stories of its islanders and cultural heritage structures.
